The grades available are Coarse (240 Grit) for damaged, chipped or very blunt knives, Medium (1000 Grit) for normal, regular sharpening of dull or blunt knives, Fine (3000 Grit) to finishing or polish scratches and burrs and Super Fine (8000 Grit) to finish and refine the knife edge, polish the surface and remove fine scratches and burrs to maintain razor sharpness.
