Global G-39 diamond sharpening steel with a 30cm oval rod. Global diamond steels have a high grade stainless steel handle and are used in the same way as a traditional sharpening steel. They look and feel great, are extremely hardwaring and abrasive, and will sharpen knives rapidly to restore that razor sharp edge. They are suitable for sharpening all good quality kitchen knives. A replacement rod G-39/R is available. Made in Japan. Suitable for hand washing only.
